Bathroom Design Service

A two bedroom top floor apartment required modernisation for its bachelor occupant. Original cabinetry, tiles and fixtures were extremely tired and not complementing other renovated living spaces. We wanted to create a streamlined, sleek and contemporary bathroom and used layout and colour to achieve this. Existing plumbing points needed to be reused with minimal disturbance in accordance with strata regulations. It was decided the bathtub would not be required, an individual decision that requires careful consideration. Rectangular Charcoal Lapato tiles line and floor and walls, with a matching mosaic wall in the shower. The shape of the tiles visually enlongate the width of the space and the continuity of colour provides an illusion of much needed expanse of space. A walk-in shower provides no visual interference with a single panel of frameless glass and the timber accents soften the final result.
